Ok, we all know the stats now … I’ve been telling you about them for years.

Are you that 1?

So many of us went into business for ourselves because we are GREAT at what we do. We know how to work the tools of our trade and get the job done … expertly. Of course we decided to branch out and do it ourselves.

When you are as good at what you do as YOU are, why would you want a JOB?

Why would you want to continue living Just Over Broke (JOB) when you can set your own rates, your own hours and be your own boss?

But … most of us are then cut down by that double-edged sword!

The blessing when you began your business of being so good at what you do becomes a curse as your business grows and you’re still doing the things that need to be delegated to a team.

In the beginning of your business your challenge was MONEY … there just wasn’t enough of it.

Then the challenge became TIME … the work was coming in and with it came the MONEY … but you are being stretched too thin! You just don’t have the TIME to keep up with the demand of EVERYTHING that needs to be done.

Now comes the big question … what do you do?
