I know. I know. You’re saying: I’d love to but …
2 summers ago I sent out a note to my readers, just like I am today, and Darlene, a former client, quickly booked 1 week. Then their holiday time grew to 2 before they arrived, as they had decided they’d tour the Island (PEI) (40 minutes away) and NS (an hour-and-a-half away).
Once they got settled in for a few days, though, in an ocean-view unit here, their plans changed. There were no units available, last-minute, for their 2nd week so they had to find other accommodation in the area, but they stayed right there on the ocean for their full 2 weeks …
PLUS they decided to stay a 3rd week, too!!! And do you think her electrical contractor husband could possibly stay on with them for the 3rd week — in the middle of the summer??? He didn’t think so at first, but he did … and all it took was a few phone calls to the team and everything ran very smoothly back at the ranch.
So … can you take a “spur-of-the-moment” 1-week holiday? Sure can!
ACT QUICKLY … The last 2 weeks of August have availabilities and, as you can imagine, in a setting like this, they’ll go quickly, so ACT FAST.
And it will make the rest of your summer, just thinking of your upcoming get-away (almost like playing hooky from school, Holly & Larry called it) will be MORE FUN which will actually cause MORE PROFIT.
And then, a bit rested and relaxed … just think of how much more energy you’ll have to get through the fall projects?
Simple as that!
