I was referred to Lynne by a dear friend whose opinions I have valued for several years. Just speaking with her, on the strength of my friend’s recommendation, made it easy to step into investing in myself through an Intensive Coaching session with Lynne because I was hating my current employment position, I was fed up with the fact that I wouldn’t get out of my comfort zone and that I’d been “hiding” … and it was negatively affecting my quality of life.
After just a few hours of discussion with Lynne I learned to appreciate my job; I was already stretching my comfort zone and I committed to Lynne that I would take certain steps toward becoming visible.
What I like most about Lynne’s coaching style is that she asks just the right questions and she pushes you to go for what you want, taking into consideration your past as well as your background. Lynne helps you see how you let these things impact your life today.
I really like how Lynne pushes me to set goals, by taking small steps. She is realistic; she did not tell me to quit my job; there was no drastic action to be taken … but other things to be worked on in parallel to getting to where I want to be.
