What are your intentions for 2019?

We’ve been TRAINED to wish all of those around us a 

“Happy New Year”  

For how long does this wish for happiness last?

Until the end of January 1st?

Maybe the end of the week?

Here’s a Super Simple (fitting for MLJ, eh?) exercise that I encourage you to do for yourself. (Should you choose to change your “HNY wish” to others, that’s up to you, but this one is FOR YOU … just you.)

As the end of 2018 draws near … very near … I encourage you to take a moment to go into a quiet place within, which may include putting your physical body into a quiet, undisturbed place as well (like maybe even just the cab of your strategically-parked truck :))

Take a few deep breaths in through your nose,

slowly filling all the cells in your body with the oxygen …

letting the air out through your mouth …

After the 3rd or 5th or 7th deep breath like this simply DECLARE

… to your Inner Being / your Soul / the Universal God energy

WHAT it is that you INTEND as results/outcomes for you throughout 2019.

En JOY!!

Talk to you in the brand New Year …


many of which you’re not even yet aware …

which will be RIPE for you to enJOY should you simply say YESSSSSSS.
